The situation

Intake, inventory, and handoff had outgrown clipboards. The floor still has to show bins, a donation lot, and the one exception that cannot wait until morning.

What I built

  • The warehouse floor as a screen: bins, a donation lot, and exceptions that stay visible.
  • Phone faces for the dock — scan a lot, hold a cold chain, keep a missing photo from moving product.

Price band

About $50,000 to build, then $2,000 / mo after.

What care covered

The month covers hosting, updates, support, and ongoing features as the warehouse changes.

Where it landed

A hold at the dock is on the screen instead of on a clipboard that left with third shift.

Why this page has no name on it

I keep the nonprofit unnamed because the warehouse is still theirs to talk about, not mine to advertise.

The other rung is Radio listening app.
