One person. A short brief, a conversation, a build, then a monthly care fee. That is the whole shape.

Brief
A sentence, a budget band, and a way to write you back. The same form on the home page and on /brief.

Conversation
I read it. I write back. Then I talk through the actual job with you, not a seven-step estimate.

Build
I build it. You see it as it takes shape. The price is a build price, not a ladder of fake tiers.

Monthly care
Then a monthly fee so the thing stays hosted, updated, supported, and able to grow when the job changes.
What the month includes
Hosting. Updates. Support. New features when the work in the building changes.
What you own
The product, the code, and the accounts. I do not keep the only copy. I do not hostage the work.
If the monthly care stops
I stop hosting, updates, and support. I hand over what you own — code, data, and how to run it. If I was paying the host bill, the public URL comes down unless you take that over first. I will say so before it happens.
